Presentation Instructions

Oral Presentations - Full Papers -

Each presenter has 30 minutes including time for question/discussion. The conference rooms are equipped with a PC projector. Please bring your own laptop for presentation. The electricity in Japan is 100V/60Hz and US style plug. You can access the Web for presentation if your laptop has a LAN card. In Conference Room 1 and 2, the access is provided by DHCP. In Inamori Hall, you have to set a proxy server to access the Web. For details of settings, Please contact a support staff in the Hall.

Poster Presentations - Short/Poster Papers

Poster Spotlight

Each presenter has 1 minute for a poster spotlight presentation. Poster spotlight is scheduled right after the first keynote on 27th November. Please check the FINAL program and give 1 minute presentation at the poster spotlight session (1 minute limit is definite). We collect poster spotlight presentations in advance. Please send your presentation slides (at most 2 slides) in PDF format to  by November 20th, 2006. Please use the name of the first author for the filename (e.g. HyeonjaeCheon.pdf).

Poster Reception

The poster reception will be held at Yamauchi Hall (next to Inamori Hall) from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on November 27th, 2006. The size of a poster board is 90cm (width) × 210cm (height) and an A0 portrait poster will fit in it.
